The 4th EIFF Panel discussion will be held on November 26, 2009  at Italian Culture Institute right after the screening of an  Ethiopian film with English subtitles.The Panel discussion will be on "Film Production and Distribution in Europe and Africa". The panel presents experiences of film production and distribution from Europe and Africa, with a special focus on the role of the European cultural institutions in Ethiopia and their activities to support the Ethiopian film industry.
