Tom Jackson, an Englishman, comes from Hollywood to make a documentary film for a local NGO called Coalition to Combat HIV and AIDS (CCHA). But while Tom cannot speak Amharic, the CCHA staff cannot speak English. And the language barrier becomes a real obstacle for the beautiful Ethiopian girls who dream about marrying Tom VigRX and going to America with him.
